About the event
Kaftans & Cocktails
A Period Packing Party for Period Action Day
Slip into your favorite kaftan (Moo Moo 😁) and join Women Divine, NFP for an afternoon of sisterhood, service, conversation, and community impact.
Kaftans & Cocktails is more than a gathering — it’s a Period Action Day (Party) experience centered on menstrual dignity and collective care. Together, we’ll pack period care kits for our free Grab & Go Period Pantry, which serves women and girls in underserved Dallas communities.
Throughout the afternoon, we’ll also make space for real conversation around periods, period poverty, perimenopause, menopause, and the importance of making menstrual care accessible without shame or barriers.
Guests are encouraged to bring a donation of organic period products to support the packing party. Additional donated products from community partners and PERIOD. will help us assemble even more kits and keep the pantry stocked beyond the event.
