Our natural cycle has been clouded by outdated beliefs, from the idea that women are "dirty" during their period to the notion that you should never exercise or even bathe. Today, we reclaim the narrative: periods are a natural, powerful part of life—a sign of fertility, strength, and the incredible rhythm of our bodies.



Debunking Common Period Myths

Myth: You Can't Shower or Bathe During Your Period.

Absolutely false! Keeping clean isn’t just okay—it’s essential. A refreshing shower or bath can actually help alleviate cramps and discomfort while boosting your overall well-being. Honey, She must maintain cleanliness, especially during her sacred time of the month.
