1. Eligibility & Parent/Guardian Consent
Our primary mission is to empower young women ages 9–17. However, our website, e-commerce store, subscription programs, and event registrations are intended for use by adults (parents, legal guardians, and institutional representatives).

Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this website and participate in our programs with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Financial Responsibility: Any purchase, subscription sign-up, or event registration made on behalf of a minor must be completed by an adult who assumes full legal and financial responsibility under these Terms.

2. No Medical Advice Disclaimer
The content, resources, educational materials, and product descriptions provided by Empower You, Period are designed to celebrate, normalize, and bring empowerment to a young woman's coming of age.
IMPORTANT: All information on this website is for informational, lifestyle, and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Subscriptions, Billing, & Cancellations
By signing up for an Empower You, Period subscription model (including our periodic product boxes), you agree to the following recurring billing terms:

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your selection). Your payment method on file will automatically be charged at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account portal. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, you must cancel at least five (5) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Refund Policy: Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of our menstrual health products, all sales of subscription boxes and individual hygiene products are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for shipped items due to health and safety regulations.

4. Events & Registration (The "It’s Your Time" Campaigns)
When registering for our events, workshops, or conferences (whether via our website, Eventbrite, or day-of walk-up), you agree to the following rules:

Media & Photo Release: Empower You, Period frequently captures photo, audio, and video footage during our events to celebrate our community and share our mission across our platforms. By registering for and attending an event, you grant us the absolute right to use your likeness (and/or the likeness of the minor you registered) in future marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

Code of Conduct: We are dedicated to providing a safe, comforting, and supportive environment. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the spirit of our community.

5. B2B, Institutional, & Private School Licensing
If you are accessing this site or purchasing services on behalf of an institution (e.g., private schools, Montessori networks, hospitals, youth programs):

Exclusive License: Any educational curricula, workshops, or specialized subscription materials purchased under a B2B agreement are licensed exclusively to your specific institution for the agreed-upon cohort.

Restrictions: You may not resell, repackage, redistribute, or publicly share these proprietary educational tools outside of your organization without an explicit, signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) from Empower You, Period.

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum designs, trademarked slogans (such as "It’s Your Time"), and product names—is the sole property of Empower You, Period and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empower You, Period and its directors, employees, or volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, events, or products. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the total dollar amount you paid to us for the specific product, ticket, or subscription in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms must be filed in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
